Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to take custom orders made to your specifications in fabric, quantity, etc. These items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Shipping
Added on 8/19/2020: our packages are shipped the day after purchase unless it is a custom order. Due to the issues with USPS, once the package is out of our hands we cannot be held responsible for the delivery date, and returns are NOT accepted because of it. Please be aware of this BEFORE you order.
We do not participate in Etsy’s new FSG (Free Shipping Guarantee) and here’s why: Sellers who do participate are advised by Etsy to inflate item prices with shipping costs and then claim that shipping is free. We'd rather have item and shipping costs separate. Our shipping costs are fair and accurate, and combined shipping is available when two or more items ship together.
